-Oversight is always provided by the administrative and clinical team to ensure that our caregivers are both knowledgeable and capable of observing and reporting any changes in condition so that interventions can be applied promptly thus promoting Aura’s prevention focused care delivery.
-Aura utilizes WellSky, an electronic care documentation program in order to provide up to the minute communication, location of the caregiver, field support, care needs, and urgent notifications.
-In addition, caregivers always have the resource of the administrator on call to assist with any concerns.
